awful bedbathroom fan

The bed in the family room was awful. I think i felt every spring (seriously, every single one). the bathroom fan also seemed to have a mind of its own. It wouldn't stop running all night. this meant sleep was more of a suggestion than a reality (maybe earplugs should be included).

The family room was quite spacious and provided enough room for everyone to move around comfortably (even with luggage!). The beds were comfortable and linens were clean, which I appreciate after a long day of travel. Free parking was available. I found a spot easily each evening. Plates and cutlery were available upon request for takeaway, a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak. I had difficulty connecting consistently (especially during peak hours).

Excellent stay at a charming hotel

clean roomsprivate parking

Check-in was simple. Rooms were very clean. Staff showed us the location where Gavin and Stacey was filmed, it was very helpful. I found the parking convenient because it was private.
